The perfect family getaway.

Situated at one end of our 18th century long-house, Hulotte was completed in summer 2015, it provides modern spacious family accommodation whilst retaining many original features.

The cottage opens into the dining area. There is a step up into the well equipped galley kitchen which includes fridge-freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, and range of other small kitchen appliances. French doors lead from the kitchen to the private south-facing terrace with patio, sun loungers, table, chairs and barbeque.

An arch from the dining area leads to the homely, spacious lounge with original feature open fireplace. The downstairs double bedroom leads from the lounge and in turn to a large ensuite shower room with double size shower.

Stairs from the lounge lead to a second bedroom, a delightful galleried twin with spectacular original beams. A second bathroom is accessed from here.

Facilities

Bed linen, towels, iron, ironing board and airer, cot, highchair and stair-gate, fuel and power included. Pool towels are not supplied, but can be hired. No smoking inside the gite.

Kitchen – electric oven with grill, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and welcome pack.

Heating – Electric radiators.

Internet & Entertainment – wireless broadband available, satellite TV, DVD player.

Outside & Leisure Equipment – 10m x 5m outdoor pool, petanque area, enclosed private terrace with patio, incluing furniture, sun loungers barbecue, fishing lake with boat, off road parking.
